before we get into all of it, let me tell you a story.

a few weeks ago, i was standing in my kitchen with my matcha in one hand and a baby on my hip. tim was out of town on work, the nanny was off and it was just me and august for a few days alone. the counters were messy, the grocery list half-written (and I forgot most of it bc I never wrote it down), and the dishwasher still needed unloading. but for some reason, instead of spiraling like usual, i just smiled. because for the first time in a long time, i felt grounded. not because everything was perfect. it wasn’t. but because i was starting to find a rhythm again. not some curated routine or pinterest-perfect setup. just a simple, honest flow that actually works for this season of life.

and that’s what this space is really about. not chasing perfection. just sharing what’s working, what’s helping, and how i’m figuring it out along the way (like a mutha). if you’re here for that too, you’re in the right place. whether it’s gym stuff, food stuff, or you just a nosy person that found me on the internet and wanna see more of my life lolol (we don’t judge here, welcome to the fam)

before we get into it, just a reminder that the goal here isn’t perfection, it’s momentum. small wins, stacked habits, meals that make you feel good, workouts that challenge you, and routines that actually stick. if you’ve felt overwhelmed by wellness culture or like you’ve been starting over every week, this is your permission to simplify. build your version of a feel-good day, and let it be messy girllll, let it be whatever you want, nourishing, honest, and uniquely yours. something i’ve realized lately: my life gets significantly better when i treat it like a damn celebration and not a checklist.

and that’s exactly the energy i’m bringing into this next season. lfg.
